    What IDs do I need for a background check?

    Please bring two valid forms of identification. A state-issued ID or driver’s license plus another official document (passport, Social Security card, etc.) is recommended.

    Can minors get background checks?

    Yes, but anyone under 18 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian who will sign a waiver form consenting to the fingerprinting.

    Do I need an appointment?

    Appointments are available Monday, Tuesday, and Thursday (11 AM – 4 PM).
    Walk-ins are welcome Wednesdays and Fridays — no appointment needed.

    How long does the background check process take?

    The fingerprinting process usually takes about 15 minutes. Processing time varies depending on the type of check and agency — typically within 1–5 business days.

    Walk-ins pay on site. Business clients can choose to pay online or be invoiced monthly.
